The first BPO center is launched in Palayan, a province of Nueva Ecija, headed by Malaysia’s Trade and Industry Minister Dato Sri Mustapa Mohamed and the Palayan Mayor Rianne Cuevas. The 3.4-Hectare BPO Site In Palayan Will Open On March 15
Don’t you know that the first BPO site will open as of this writing? In fact, this BPO hub will start its operations with 230 seats. Plus, another 400 seats will be added in June. Then, in the next few months, they will be employing more than 4, 000 BPO agents and its outsourced services will definitely expand for the next 30 years.
This BPO Site Is Part Of The P1.5 Billion Project Of The Government Of Nueva Ecija
This BPO site is also referred to as Government Center and Central Business Hub. This project is initiated by Asia’s infrastructure conglomerate AlloyMTD and turned over to the government of Nueva Ecija last November 23, 2016.
It Will Also House Other Government Offices And A Hotel
Aside from being a BPO center, several government offices will be placed here as well. This includes Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Also on the list are the Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Elections (COE), Social Security Service (SSS), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). And lastly, this will also have a 75-room capacity world-class hotel.
Now, because of this development, Nueva Ecija will now transform into a more progressive province. The rise of the new outsourcing hub opens up new opportunities for local talents and profits for many businesses.
